§ 01 · What we do

Two services. One practice.

Some operators come to us with a workflow and want it shipped. Others come with a wedge and want a company built around it. We do both, deliberately, and we are honest with you in the first call about which one you actually need.

I.

We build your product

You bring a workflow worth productising. We bring the harness, the engineering, the taste. Six weeks to a first pour; weekly iteration after. You keep the codebase, the brand, the customers.

Fixed scope Full IP transfer Optional retainer
II.

We co-build your company

You are an operator with domain depth and an unfair wedge. We embed for the long haul, take equity, and run the build like founders alongside you. Same harness, different commitment.

Equity engagement Embedded team Founder-grade alignment
§ 02 · The ritual

Six steps.
Almost all of them happen
while you sleep.

The ritual is the human pace — six steps, six weeks. Sitting with operators, choosing what to ship, killing what doesn't earn its place.

01

Sit down

We start at your kitchen table, your warehouse, your back office. Watch the work happen. Take notes. Drink the coffee.

02

Name the cup

Pick the one workflow that, if it ran itself tomorrow, would change the week. Tight. Singular. Measurable.

03

Pour a draft

The harness writes the spec, the schema, the screens. We bring it back to the table and cross out the wrong half.

04

First taste

Working prototype in front of real users by week three. We sit with them while they use it. Take more notes.

05

Bottle it

Hardening, infrastructure, auth, observability. Boring, careful work. Shipped, not demoed.

06

Brew daily

Weekly cuts. We keep iterating until the workflow becomes a quiet, daily habit.

§ 03 · The harness

Idea to production,
in hours.

The harness is our in-house AI engineering pipeline. It writes the spec, drafts the schema, scaffolds the screens, hardens the deploy. The same harness runs devops — CI, infra-as-code, staged rollouts, observability, rollbacks — so the code that leaves the model is the code that lands in production. ~99% of the engineering motion runs without a human in the loop; the remaining 1% is the part you'd want a human doing anyway.

01 / 04
~30 min

Spec drafted

Working notes turn into a tight spec the team can argue with.

02 / 04
~2 hrs

Schema + API

Models, endpoints, fixtures, auth — generated and reviewed in one pass.

03 / 04
~4 hrs

UI + flows

Screens, state, navigation — prototype lands in front of users before lunch the next day.

04 / 04
~8 hrs

Hardened + shipped

CI, infra-as-code, staged rollout, observability, rollbacks. The harness owns the deploy — boring, careful, in production.

// selected work

Three products. All in production. Iterating weekly.

Legal · SaaS

Logica Law

Drafting shareholder agreements, wills and LPAs for Singapore counsel — chat-first product, lawyer review only where it matters. Drafted in ~2 minutes; harness handles intake, scoping, drafting, and document assembly end-to-end.

E-commerce · Consumer

bycraftroom

An e-commerce + live-event brand: a custom-gift catalog, a booking flow for live portrait pop-ups, and an admin that runs the studio. Shipped, iterating weekly.

Frequently asked questions.

Week 1: we sit with you, name the workflows, decide what's worth automating. Week 2–6: the harness runs — requirements, spec, prototype, production. From week 7 we iterate weekly on what's live. No pilots-forever, no slide decks.
